An off-dry rosé made from 30% Gamay, 70% Grolleau. Crystal clear with a salmon pink hue and a beautiful intensity. On the nose has hints of marzipan and raspberries and strawberries. Ideal with Fish, tomato-based dishes such as tomato pasta and salads.
