Grape variety : Sémillon 95%, Muscadelle 5%. The vines are over 50 years old
Golden yellow color, sustained and brilliant. Complex nose with a fruity freshness. Sharp tangy citrus attack with slightly candied apricot finish.
The grapes are harvested by hand, sorting through to select the best golden yellow clusters (30%) and well-botrytised grapes (70%). The wines are then pressed and clarified, to preserve the delicate flavour aromas, then fermented slowly- with the same intention.
