We have been buying from Champagne Gardet for over 25 years.

This brut non vintage Champagne is blend of 45% Pinot Noir, 45% Pinot Meunier and 10% Chardonnay.

The juice used is from the first pressing.  It is also aged on its lees in bottle for over 2 years before disgorgement.

This fruity and flowery Champagne may enjoyed on any occasion but best served perhaps as an aperitive, lightly chilled.
