Chateau Roc de Cambes, Cotes de Bourg
We all talk about the great 2009 & 2010 vintages and this is no exception. Francois Mitjavile has made a fabulous wine.
It is made mainly from Merlot with some Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc.
In taste it is rich and luscious, heaps of complex berry fruit flavours with hints of tar, tobacco and spice.
A superb wine that although drinking now will keep for another 10 years.
